I’ve stayed here a few times and I often forget they are the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in!! The whole room including bathroom can’t be larger than a garage. There is literally 30cm floor space around the bed and that’s it. The staff are friendly and loved the free wine/cheese evenings, location is fantastic for soho. However at almost £200 per night the cost is disproportionate to the space/offering.

i have stayed in Z hotels before, i dont mind the small rooms and i have enjoyed every other stay, but this was the worst stay i have ever had in any hotel anywhere.
we were on the first floor right opposite a nightclub.
the noise was horrendous. i accept that there will be noise in London but i might as well tried to sleep in the middle of a rave.
it went on till 1am. the front desk said they knew it was awful and could only offer ear plugs which didnt even take the edge of it. i tried to block it out with the TV but it was so loud that even the tv couldnt mask it.
I asked for my money back as it could £175 for the worst night ever, they offered my a 20% discount off my next stay.
i wouldnt stay here again if they paid me!
it ruined what was supposed to be a nice weekend away and we left the hotel at 6am as i was so upset and just wanted to go home.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
plus the wifi didnt even work.
