we arrived at this hotel,and the size of the room was very small.The bed occupied the whole room,and was a small space to move.There were no chairs,one nightstand only,no reading lamps,and ONLY ONE European electric plug to charge telephones,laptops etc.Totaly unacceptable.

A great stay

Coming from Canada we were at the Hotel early morning and jet lagged. We were warmly welcome by Anastasia and Daniella the Manager. Obviously, our room was not available but we were offered to be called when ready (which was done) and were able to leave our luggage.

The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood (Marylebone) with numerous restaurants nearby. We mostly walked to numerous attractions only taking the nearby tube a few times.

The junior suite was clean and a perfect size for us, only lacking face cloth (not available). The breakfast are good and well priced.

We have also enjoyed the afternoon wine and cheese every day during our stay.
