Families flock to this Manhattan hotel for one big reason: the largest outdoor hotel terrace in all New York City. Located just two blocks west of Times Square, the hotel offers cabin-like rooms for guests. There is a queen room with a bunk bed for kiddos. All rooms come with a techno wall with flat-screen TV and the ability to stream audio; work desk with iPod/MP3 connectivity; multiple power sockets; free super-strength Wi-Fi; and free calls within the United States.
Onsite there are a handful of dining options, including Green Fig Restaurant for lunch and dinner, hot beverages and a la carte options for breakfast and casual sharing plates and cocktails in the evenings.

My property was stolen and I was sent to a bogus site to make my claim. I called them and was given the run around until I finally spoke with Security which was who gave me the bogus website. The location is excellent but be careful with leaving your valuables out.

This was my 1st stay at a Yotel, I usually stay at a Four Seasons or Marriot. Yotel was a fun unique experience and a big part of that was the excellent staff. Friendly and professional and very helpful.
Restaurant fare was very good, fabulous NY views from my room and patio, excellent location. Really enjoyed the experience and will definately stay at this Yotel or try another in another city.
