I spent a few hours here at the massage center that’s located almost on the beach. A great warm welcome, the atmosphere was very calm and luxurious. The spa Center was across a creek and had ocean views, but if you wanted privacy then the bifold Doors can be closed ! Relaxing music, Doris was exceptional. The deep massage was super, broke down muscle knots and really felt that she knew exactly what my body needed and very professional.
Thanks again!

We stayed in May of this year in a 2 bedroom unit. Every detail of our unit was thought of. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked breakfast most mornings, but breakfast is offered at the Lotus. The coffee is superb and roasted on site. The beds are very comfortable (and I have a bad back). We had a drying rack on our patio for wet swimsuits and a washer/dryer was in our unit.
Genesis, the manager, arranged several excursions for us and is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. All of the staff was top notch and attentive to our needs. In fact, they often went over and above. The owner was there for part of the week. It is obvious that her staff regards her highly and they worked as hard and continued to take pride in their work after she left.
This resort is in a perfect location between West Bay and West End. It is an short walk or boat ride to both locations. It is a quiet, pristine and beautiful retreat. We enjoyed snorkeling and fishing on the property.
We ate at the Lotus the majority of our stay. We ate off site a few times. I must say that our meals at Lotus far surpassed those we ate elsewhere on the island. There is something on the menu for everyone.
This may seem trivial, but this resort has several backup generators that were activated while we were there. This makes a world of difference in comfort if there is a short power outage. This occasionaly happens on the island.
We highly recommend this resort if you are planning a trip to Roatan.
