Horrible check in process. Room was not ready, agent told us that she would call us. 40 minutes later we went back, she had left for the day. Our room was ready, no one ever did call us. They are more concerned with trying to get you to attend their sales presentation. The pictures on line were not representative of our room. No ocean view and could not switch to one. We were in the South Waterfall building - the elevator was broken as well as it was ant infested. We checked out early, as I couldn't stand to clean up the ants everyday prior to cooking. When we reported it to the staff, the response was "sorry". Not acceptable. Won't be back.

This resort is dated and while clean, the AC unit was too loud, and the kitchen too cramped. There was no chair in the bathroom although there was a space for one. No hooks to hang towels or clothes either. The bar closed at 8pm, which is way too early for a beach resort in Pompano Beach! The bathroom had no fan, and we couldn't even open the window after taking a shower to vent the steam since there was no screen and anyone could look in. Not well designed or thought out at all. The one redeeming feature was that the bed was very comfortable.
