Our first time to Pompano beach, of course we used our timeshare by Wyndham,
Upon arrival we were impressed by the appearance, then we were welcomed by a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, quick check in set up and we were all set!

I got a room at the back of the lobby area where there're 1 bedroom rooms. There was no laundry in the unit which was awkward because I am a Wyndham timeshare owner and been owner since 2002. I never stayed at a Wyndham resort where laundry is not inside the room. Room was nice though, big enough for 2-3 people. However, they said they didn't provide tidy service which is always done on 3rd day and basically they pick up trash, exchange towels and such simple stuff. They tried to charge me for that and I complained about it. Then the front desk manager sent me housekeeping without charge. But why do we have to complain for a basic, simple service where all Wyndham resorts provide??? It just created bad energy. Other than this poor experience, resort was nice and well maintained. But due to some rude, disrespectful guests, I couldn't sleep some nights due to noise.
