Wyndham Kingsgate presents one- and two-bedroom suites with partial or full kitchens, washer/dryer units, living rooms with pullout sofas and oversized bathrooms. Rooms display period decors that compliment the historically rich area; however, modern amenities accent the units, like flat-screen televisions and DVD players. Kids stay free with parents. On the grounds, there are three indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a barbeque picnic area, a playground and a video gaming complex. A miniature golf course and a movie theater are also onsite. Fun activities are planned on a daily basis for children and adults. King’s Fare restaurant serves American-inspired favorites like burgers and pizza. It is near the Recreation Center, offering sit-down meals or take out. The resort is only a mile from the Williamsburg historical area. Families can also check out the nearby Busch Gardens for a more thrilling adventure. Oftentimes, guests receive discounted tickets to area attractions at the front desk.

Great outdoor hot tub, has heated indoor pool, has gaming center with Free games, has outdoor pool (heated but too cold for me in NOV!). Units are very clean and has large king and queen in the two bedrooms, two baths! Very comfortable, decent living and kitchen, but 6 people would get too tight. Even though 6 are allowed.

the condo looks fine from the outside. But upon entering, the carpet is dirty and banister worn. The furnishings were dated and the appliances quite old.Parking is quite close and was not a problem. It could be a good property with updating.
