As an owner of over 30 years, and one near the top of the "points" game, it was not our best trip of many at this resort. Although the reservation was made many months ago, we were assigned a room in one of the end of the line buildings, third floor, and at the far end of the building. Yes, maybe a bit quieter, but a long walk for those who have some walking issues. The requested closer building to the checkin in area and a ground floor did not work out.
The second bedroom used by a friend traveling with us was in need of a good dusting. Our master bedroom shower had just a small dish for soap and almost no water pressure.
The wifi worked good and you can have up to four devices - a nice plus and the internet worked well but we did have issues of having to reconnect. The unit was well furnished with towels and kitchen utensiles. Nice to have a recycle can which we used. This resort needs to drop the "take your trash to the trash room" unless you are going to have a "trash room" on each floor.
We were not impressed with most of the folks at the "security house" as you enter. Front desk staff were great to work with.
Stay away from the sales folks! We turned the offer of an "update" down when we checked in. Two days later we were called to say someone wanted to come by to deliver our "welcome gift" and a 10 question survey and would arrive in 10 minutes. But 30 minutes later they had not arrived so as I called to tell then we would not be here, they arrived as I was on the phone. No "welcome gift" but a song and dance about "oh with the changes you must talk to our people"! No gift, no survey. We finally said OK and agreed to take a 30 minute visit the next day at the sale building. She took my phone number and I was to be called to confirm later that day - never happened. The next day, they have never heard of us when we arrived, talked to manager who apologized and gave us the gift (not worth the trouble). We did get to ask a couple questions and it turns out later when talking to Wyndham corporate the answers were not correct!
Resort OK - abusing owners not so OK. Yes, we will be back but...

My extended family spend Christmas here and enjoyed our stay very much. Each family enjoyed their own full condo with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining and living room. Multiple pools and hot tubs, plus many other activities on site. Located near historic Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown and Virginia Beach.
