Just ok

Our family stayed here for a 4 day weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful and our beds were comfortable. The size of the room was really nice. The proximity to Disney Springs was ideal too. However, our coffee machine was broken, there was no hot water, and the shower had little water pressure. The buses to the parks aren’t very reliable and fill up from the 3 resorts that use them quickly. If we were to come to Orlando again, we’d pay extra to stay at a Disney Resort instead of staying here again.

A beautiful resort, great staff and excellent customer service! I chose this place as it was close to everything I needed and was not disappointed. Buses to parks arrived timely ever half hour and take you right to entrance of your arks...no driving or hassle of parking. All very convenient.
