Room was not ready when we reached and we were kept waiting in the lobby with no place to sit
1 bed (not even a sofa) was offered for 2 adults + 1 kid with promise to give 1st night free as they messed up and I am still waiting for the refund
There were no towels in the room and when requested they were still being washed until late night, only received on the check out morning
Bath tub was draining slowly and with the towel experience I left it alone

My work crew were in the area for two weeks on a job. We got moved to this facility from another. I will start with the good points. The two weeks finally ended. The price was cheap. OK now for the rest . We arrived the first evening and walked into filthy rooms and cockroaches on the floor. We complained thru our secretary and tried to get the money back they had already paid for two weeks. No refunds are allowed. We went to work the next morning and were assured we would be moved into a clean comfortable room and enjoy our stay. We got back that evening and moved into different rooms with the same conditions. Here is how they operate and what to expect when you stay. They do not clean the rooms daily. They say they will clean every two weeks. I talked to two different people that had been there several months and never seen a cleaning crew come to the room. You have to exchange your towels every day. You get one bath towel one wash cloth and one bath mat. No hand towels. You can exchange your bed linens anytime you’d like if you want to make your own bed. You have to take your own trash out when needed. Thus the cockroaches! There is no breakfast and no coffee. Not mentioned on the amenity list was you can get high in the hallways every night for free. We had to get new keys five times out of the two weeks. Was I disappointed and mad? Yes. Is this a true and correct review? Yes. This is exactly what our stay was. We spent more money staying there then we saved. If this is all you can afford do yourself a favor and sleep in your vehicle.
