I needed something close to the airport for an early flight out which wasn't too expensive- got that. Unfortunately, that was all I got! I arrived after 8:30 p.m. exhaustd from my long drive, ready to eat my chinese that I brought with and then take a nice shower and go to bed. Not unreasonable, I thought. Since the motel advertised a kitchenette and you can purchase utensils as well... When I got the the room, I looked at the be it appeared unusual, somewhat like a large cot, with no comforter. I continued to look, confused, trying to figure out what what was missing I noticed that the bed had NO PILLOWS!! I looked for the closet, there was none. confused, I looked for drawers and I found something similar, and still no pillows! In shock, but in control, I called and requested pillows I then threw back the covers when I noticed that the sheets look dingy, AND there was not one but at least 3 HAIRS! Too exhausted to do anything, I replaced the sheeets and decided I had to sleep on top of them. I am now ready for a hot shower so I go to the bathroom where I notice to my dismay that there is NO SHOWER CURTAIN! You simply can't make this night up!! I decided to waalk downstairs to gently request a fork to eat with and inquire about the curtain. The woman at the desk, who it seems decided that doing her hair was optional for work, told me that she had not eaating utensils---there went dinner for me..lol of course; I asked whether I was supposed to request a shower curtain upon arrival, she said no, perhaps it was the maintenance man but she might be able to put one up. I told her don[t bother I cant wait that long I would just bathe at this point in the night. Her friend thought it was cute to tell me baths were so much fun! Finally I brush my teeth and wash my face in the sink. The drain is clogged!!! Unbelievable!!!! If I could have done a redo, I would have gone with my typical Holiday Inn, etc. My gosh, I just want my money back but I know they don't have the decency to do so. ths was my hell night last night. Go wlsewhere!!! Oh and you can hear everything.

We stayed for over a week and complained 3 times about smokers.Since this is a nonsmoking facility I did not expect to smell smoke in our room in the morning, evening and the middle of the night. The web site said pet friendly, but they do not mean cats. Beware! We could not stay with a declawed quiet cat. Not pet friendly! Just dog friendly.
