We were so fortunate to book unit 13 for two nights during the holiday week. They were great with late arrival check in and our one bedroom condo was spacious and easy to access. The view to the river was stunning and the sound was so amazing! We slept with just the screens so we could hear the water. From what I’ve read some of the units are a bit nicer than ours, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location to RMNP and town just couldn’t be beat! And the marmot hanging out by the sign was an extra bonus!

Beautiful location right on the river. We had a one bed upstairs unit (#15). Unit was spotless and well appointed when we arrived. Great view of the river below which provided a nice "white noise roar" when you opened the patio door but was not heard when you closed it. Didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked for those that cook. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. Front desk man was very friendly and helpful when checking in. We saw more Elk just sitting on our patio for a day than the entire Trail Ridge Road drive we had just completed through RMP! Easy drive into town but a bit far to walk. Would stay here again. Had to go through 3rd party booking site to book just one night as their main site would not allow less than 2 nights. Only suggestion for the property would be to raise your checkout time to current industry standard of 11am instead of 10am. Would have liked more time to pack up in the morning. Otherwise, keep up the great work!
