The property is a very beautiful property. The staff there are very friendly and professional. My room was beautiful, and the food at Horizon was amazing!
Rooms were clean, and stocked with all the amenities . The hot tub was amazing and just the right size. Beds are extremely comfortable. I did not get to participate in the spa services due to timing, I do look forward to that when I book again.
There is an amazing view!

My husband and I just returned from a weekend getaway and this was a perfect place. We live in Niagara in the Lake so it was an easy 2.5 hour drive with a stop at duty free to stock up for Christmas! We booked an executive king suite on the 6 th floor through Expedia.ca and our rate included the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. The hotel staff were exceptional! I called in advance and requested that our room over look the rolling hills. I also made arrangements to have a package delivered to the hotel and reception kept this for me until we checked in. All the staff from the doormen, receptionists, bartenders, servers and hostesses were very friendly and helpful. Our TV was not working when we arrived however within minutes maintenance came to fix it. Our room also included robes and slippers which was a nice touch as well as a fridge and mini sink and a keurig coffee maker. The hotel and rooms are very clean and we were happy with our housekeeping. We had a couples massage together and although it was costly once you factored in the exchange rate I have to say having access to 5 diamond spas in Niagara on the Lake my deep tissue massage at Spa Elan was one of the best. One of the things we liked about this property was the entertainment! Great live band Friday night - we ate in the lounge and shared a charcuterie board and a turkey club sandwich. On Saturday night we had dinner in the restaurant. Again we shared our entree which was fabulous. My husband enjoyed their house made Neapolitan cheesecake so much that he ordered one to bring back home. I understand there are hiking trailers nearby although we did not go for a hike. We spent a couple of hours at Eastview mall which was a few minutes away as well as made a stop at a local winery and the Beer Project. We also spent some time in the pool and hot tub. Yes there were some tiles missing as per an earlier review but we had no problem with his. We really liked that we did not have to drive anywhere for entertainment on either night and could enjoy the band and dancing at Woodcliff. This was a very relaxing weekend and thank you to all the staff who made our time together special.
