Wolfeboro is on the quieter, eastern side of Lake Winnipesauke, and the village retains the historic feel of a classic all-American town. This inn fits right into that aesthetic, as a throwback to a simpler time, with a gazebo and fire pit overlooking the lake and good, clean diversions such as a giant outdoor chess set. It is conveniently located in the center of Wolfeboro, within easy walking distance of a number of shops and restaurants.
The rooms, however, are modern and comfortably decorated in a color scheme of royal blue and rust; they include beds with pillowtop mattresses, 32-inch flat-screen TVs, and luxury Gilchrist & Soames bath products with use of complimentary fluffy cotton robes. Rooms are available in a range of sizes, including two doubles, two queens, and larger suites with a king and pullout sleeper sofa. The inn also has a fine dining restaurant and bar onsite with a gorgeous view of the lake.

Charming inn, lacks updates, has adequate parking. Scenic area with nice eateries within walking distance. Hotel entrance and elevator needed attention to keep up with cleanliness. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Lying in bed at 10 PM hearing loud throbbing music. When I call the desk I was told that it said on the website “Not for light sleepers” !!!! Apparently near the lounge a floor below and that the music would last until 1:30!! My room could not be moved so I’ll be unable to sleep. Incredible. Terrible- terrible.
