I took my teenage daughter to New York for her very first trip there. The staff at the Wolcott hotel were so welcoming when we arrived and made us feel very comfortable. They accommodated every request that we had in our reservation and were very friendly. The lobby was beautiful and detailed. The hallways were wide and very clean. Our room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We had a view of the Empire State Building right outside of our window. I plan on staying at this hotel again and again. I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised with this hotel and I feel like I found a hidden gem. Highly recommend.

We stayed here as a couple for 8 nights - the hotel is in a fabulous location right near the Empire State Building so very central. We asked for a quiet room as we got a lovely suite which was very quiet, beautiful lobby as you enter the hotel. Room was cleaned daily and the muffins and coffee served each morning until 9 were just right before a day out sightseeing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a central base to explor New York!
