First time to the island and the Windsong. We can't wait to return! Great communication prior to our arrival. From the fresh rum punch drink to the personal attention we got upon arrival we knew we were in good hands. The room was exquisite! Clean and updated. Comfortable beds and all the amenities to make our stay the best. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean front room on the 3rd floor the view was breathtaking! We traveled with another couple and the 2 bedrooms with private baths were ideal for us.
The resort itself is smaller but we liked that feeling. We never felt crowded and it was so personal. Everyone on staff was so friendly! A special shout out to Richard and LuLu in the kitchen. Great service and amazing talent! Thank you!! We enjoyed happy hour every day at 5:00 as well.
The Tuesday night 'pasta night" was a special treat. Cooked right out on the beach with some great choices and amazing flavors!
The games & books in the area off the lobby was a special surprise. We took advantage of the games a couple of nights in the room on the balcony. It was nice to have the computer & printer available for printing documents prior to our departure.
We had great service at the beach area as well. Towels were always fresh and plentiful. We had a cabana every day. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more noodles for use in the water. Some days we were even treated to complimentary cold bottles of water.
We did not use the bikes that are available however some other guests used them & really enjoyed them. We did not use the paddle board and other equipment at the beach however we could see others using them and they were all in excellent condition. The reef right at our beach was a great area to snorkel and see turtles and plenty of colorful fish. The current was pretty strong on one of the days so the water was a bit cloudy but we still enjoyed the snorkeling. There were guests from other nearby resorts coming to our reef as well. We did utilize the gym facilities and they were very nice as well!
The location was ideal. You can get anywhere on the island within 15 min, and typically 5-10 min. We walked to the Thursday night Fish Fry and had a great time sampling the local food. It was so interesting to see all the local art as well. This is a must do when you visit.
We want to thank everyone at the Windsong for making this trip so memorable for us. We will absolutely be staying with you again on our next visit!

The resort was amazing! The room was so beautiful, the pictures didn't do it justice. The view from the patio was fantastic and sitting out there in the morning drinking my coffee, reading my book and listening to the waves crash is what dreams are made of! There was a full kitchen in our suite and the hotel butler let us know they do a grocery store run at 4 pm everyday that cost $8pp if we wanted to get anything. If you're only there a few days and want to save money on eating out every meal. The staff was so friendly and helpful the entire time. They greeted us with smiles every time they saw us and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Always asking if there was anything they could do for us. The food was fantastic and there was a decent selection. I fully recommend going all inclusive if you're staying long enough. Between food, drinks, and trips into town, it is totally worth it. We snorkled the Alexandria Reef, which is directly in front of the resort, every day and the rent equipment for $5pp for the day. They offer drink service on the beach and have lounge chairs as well as cabanas. The resort is small enough that it had a very quaint feeling as opposed to the massive Beaches resort down the way. We are so happy we chose this resort for our vacation and plan to return in the next few years with our family!
