I stayed at the Wigwam because I was playing in a tennis tournament nearby. What a great, historic place the Wigwam is. My room was huge and very clean and updated. The tennis courts where I warmed up for my matches were in great condition and the people working there could not have been more helpful. I have stayed in a lot of luxury hotels and resorts but have never gotten such prompt and courteous service as I did at the Wigwam Resort. Room service was lightening fast! I was amazed! I had a problem with the shower head. The maintenance man was there within 10 minutes. He worked on it until he fixed it. The severs in the bar and restaurants were exceptional and attentive.

I attended a conference at this resort. The conference rooms and all of the arrangements were great. Each staff member that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Everything within this resort is amazing, however the rooms are outdated and need some attention.
