This was our fourth time staying here, so you know we are a fan. It offers 1 BR and 2BR suites with waterfront views from all, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, grills, and full kitchenettes. Our accommodation this time (suite 313) was less than stellar. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is friendly and amazing and daily housekeeping is wonderful. This suite needs improvement though. Although, it wasn’t terrible updates are needed particularly in the bathroom. Clearly water had leaked on the floor from the jetted tub/shower before and it also did during our stay (nothing major just inconvenient). Entire bathroom needs updating: flooring, shower curtain mirror, paint. Also the living room furniture was very stiff and less than comfortable. We did spend quite a bit of time in our suite since it was fall going on winter.The gas fireplace provided nice ambience. Not crazy about the floor plan with 2 VERY small balconies that fit 2 people max - one off the bedroom and a tiny one off the living room. The view from the living room huge window is gorgeous. Highly recommend this place, but not this suite. I booked online and heard you can request a specific suite, so it may be best to make a direct reservation.
