Travelling alone, I needed a place to rest my head after seeing friends in the region. The hotel provided good value for the price. The breakfast was nice, but ran out of hot items by 8:30, so go early. The AC was functional, as well as the fridge, microwave and TV. I didn't use the pool, but people seemed to like it on this hot day. I wanted to check in at 2, but the 3pm check-in time was stuck to, as they wanted to ensure all the rooms were ready, so don't expect early check-in. The wifi was fine, no issues. What I really was surprised about, was that hot water in the shower was always available, which most of these Lundy's Lane hotels usually lack around breakfast time. A new owner has taken over, and improvements were visible.

Don't stay there.. way too expensive for what you get!

We had planned to stay there for two nights, we had two rooms. After the first night, we found bed bugs in both our rooms!!! Worst nightmare ! When we told the front desk about it, the staff did not even looked surprised and concerned about it.

We had to ask for a credit for the second night as there was no way we would stay there any longer.

They never apologized nor follow up with us.
