We had an awesome experience at breakfast this morning. We were greeted by our friendly hostess Abdul and he took care of us throughout the entire meal. The breakfast was delicious and Abdul’s company kept us laughing. Thanks for a bright morning.

Room was super dark and tiny, facing the lobby rather than outside so natural light was minimal. Bathroom old/dreary, not the marble/nicer tile of the typical Heavenly Bath. Floor looked like the floor in McDonald's but a neutral color rather than brick red. Room service delivered in a bag, with disposable containers, and wasn't good. Depressing experience! Fake Starbucks in lobby dispenses Sbux coffee but doesn't take your Starbucks card. Hotel feels very 70s. Location is right downtown, I'll say that!
