They have room service until late night. The place was clean. The environment felt very professional with knowledge staff. No valet fee. I met my friend here and in person I added her name as person to receive key also. I had reservation in my name with her being a key recipienot and were not given any hassle with proper identification. Staff were friendly.

We have been visiting this Westin several times a year for over six years and we were concerned that with the Starwood / Marriott merger we might see a lot of new faces and some loss of the family friendly atmosphere we have come to enjoy ( and expect)! Fortunately, our concerns were not necessary.
From our arrival and friendly greeting at the front desk, to the luxurious breakfast buffet
we enjoy each am, the same level of professionalism and friendliness still await us.
Estela and the team at the front desk, Tariq and Susie at the buffet...they are still there!
Admittedly, our visits are usually leisure weekends, but, busy or not, we are greeted with smiles and efficiency.
We miss the pool, of course, but all the other amenities have been maintained just as we expected. Hats off to the great staff !
