Great venue for business and leisure. I am leaning more towards leisure this trip. The hotel is located within walking distance to a GREAT shopping mall, right next door to a stellar seafood restaurant and within walking distance to the performing arts center (Miss Saigon was playing at the time). It is also 13 miles from Disneyland.
I did see shuttles and I know they pick up from the John Wayne airport. We drove in from LA in a rental so parking is $39.00 a night valet and $29.00 a night if you self park in the parking garage.
Our room was big and comfy. Coffee and tea service. Room safe. Loved the towels, they were big and fluffy. Nice bathroom amenities. Bed was comfortable, sagged a little in the center but not too bad. Free water bottles in the room and at the front desk.
The food was very good. We ate breakfasts there and had drinks in the evening in the lounge area. The staff were so nice and attentive, Everyone was great, very professional. Doug was the greatest, he helped us to our room with our luggage and gave us the 2 minute tour and narrative of everything available to us in the hotel and the surrounding area. We just loved him.
The hotel is pet friendly. Mostly dogs. It didn't present a problem though. No fleas and hardly any barking. Some of the dogs were better behaved than some of the children.
There is a pool and fitness center. The outside patio for dining is lovely with a wall of water and lush landscaping. We would stay there again simply for the location. It was so convenient to get to and within walking distance to shopping, eating and entertainment.
