Excellent customer service

We stayed at the Park Central Hotel in SF for a Halloween pub crawl. It was in a nice location and we could walk most anywhere. It is really close to the trolley stop which is a nice plus. Jennifer at the front desk was very sweet, helpful, and accommodating. We booked through a third party company and she generously gave us a room with our bed preference and a view. She started our vacation off on a great note.The hotel is decorated nicely and seemed clean. The only thing is there was no fridge in the room which I found a bit inconveniencing.

Good hotel with friendly staff in a great location

I stayed here in early October and couldn't have been happier with the stay. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sara who couldn't have been more helpful - that level of service continued throughout. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the location is perfect for central SF. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.
