High-tech touches rule the roost at the Westin Minneapolis. Keep your eyes open for iPod players, ergonomic Desk chairs, hypoallergenic pillows, flat-screen TV’s, and modern, sleek furniture. There’s a heated indoor pool, too. Additionally, the Westin is connected to Minneapolis’ futuristic seven-mile skyway system, which allows pedestrians to walk around the city without setting foot outside. All in all, it’s a pretty trendy place that teens in particular will love.
Special perks are available for young guests through the Westin Kids’ Club. Children will receive toys and coloring books, and can enjoy a bedtime story told over the phone. The Kids’ Club also provides, free of charge, a variety or infant-care items, such as diapers and bottle warmers.
Westin is a worldwide hotel that features more than 30 specifically family-friendly resorts with exclusive amenities for kids. Learn more about Westin Hotels and Resorts, read Westin Hotels and Resorts.

The Westin in Minneapolis has a great lobby space in the heart of downtown, and is a great reuse of an old bank building (Wine Vault, anyone???). The lobby, with the bar and other areas, is huge, and showcases what would be the main public area of the bank. The bank's vault converted to a wine storage and tasting area is fantastic. The rooms were very clean and comfortable (a good night's sleep here!), although they seem to be a bit outdated and could use a remodel. But, like I mentioned, they were clean and comfortable, so ultimately met my needs just fine.

Kelly Phillips (front office manager) really went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready early when we showed up with our 3 year old desperately ready for “nap time”
Awesome Service, great team !
