Nice, Clean, and Newly Remodeled

We picked this place because it is close to our daughter's apartment, and we were out for a visit. The lobby is well appointed, and was newly remodeled.

The elevators worked well, and our room was quite comfortable. My wife loved their pillows - I wasn't so enamored with them.

We did have one hitch. I needed some ice, and the ice dispenser on the 6th floor was not working. The one on the 5th floor worked though.

The bathroom has been refitted with a rain shower type shower, which was a little fun to use. I'd rather have the more traditional shower head personally, but it worked.

The room was on the 6th floor, and was fairly quiet unless the Queen Mary was blowing her fog horn. It's hard to miss that when it goes off!

No problems on our visit, and check out was a breeze. This is a good place to stay if you are in Long Beach.

Great location for Complexcon

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Didn't spend much time in hotel or use any amenities, just parked the car and walked. Easy walk to convention center. The overnight from front desk to valet were all very helpful.
