The Westin Lagunmar is by far the most beautiful resort we have had the pleasure of staying at. We stayed here for 2 weeks and as we were trading timeshares we were able to secure a one bedroom for one week and a studio for the other. So this review will cover both. The staff especially, Hector, prior to arrival was emailing to make contact and introduce the options and see if we had questions or required anything special. He escorted us to our suite on our arrival and He continued to ensure throughout our stay that we were happy and well taking care of. A very special efficient and remarkable way to be treated. The rooms both were very cleaned well stocked great space, beautiful furnishings and extremely comfortable. Loved the jet tubs! Beach chairs and BBQ's were always available and staff were there for anything you needed. What ever we need thru maintenance was quickly taken care of. I cant say enough wonderful things about this resort other than stay here and enjoy the resort, the location (perfect) the beach and ocean, and most importantly the staff at all levels.

First time in Cancun so can't compare to other places to stay but we loved the Westin Lagunamar. Great location with terrific beach and pools. Right across from upscale mall with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
