Stayed at the Westin for four nights for the Kansas City Marathon because of it's close proximity to the marathon activities. On Saturday a housekeeping employee entered our room at 7:15 at night, I asked why he was there three times, but he just looked startled and left. I reported the intrusion to Colin Odell the housekeeping manager/supervisor and he said he would check to see why the employee was there. We never heard back from Colin. On Sunday our room was not cleaned(were we being punished for reporting the unwelcome worker who entered our room?) I talked to the front desk about our room not being cleaned, but no one responded, so no towels and coffee for us.We had to use the same towels for Saturday afternoon, Sunday and Monday morning. During checkout on Monday morning, I had to go to the office hallway and wake up the attendant to check us out. Our room had a $49 room charge that was not ours. Colin sent us an email after my Westin review appoligizing and offered to compensate us, but he never did
