Recently stayed here because I was at the convention center for a trade show. The hotel is very well appointed, the staff is friendly, and the service is great. It is conveniently located in the center of town and is within walking distance to great restaurants.
A major annoyance was the door cards. Mine had to be reset almost everyday I was at the hotel. It is a real pain when you get to your room and then have to go back downstairs have them redo your key!

I was a speaker at a conference and I brought my daughter and grand daughter along. We stayed 3 nights. The location is great and we enjoyed it. We went on the river boat tour that was fun and the food surprisingly good. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the city while I was at the conference. In the guest room we did never figure out the TV stations. We wanted to use the "green option" for room cleaning but oddly that involved no cleaning of any type during our stay. We didn't need the linens changed but of course we wanted trash emptied. We ended up with just the regular service. We ordered room service 2 times. It was expensive for what we got. We had some difficulty getting the left overs removed after eating. I guess I would look for some where else in the future.
