Worst check in ever with Alisha. Very rude and seem like she did not have any interest in her job or helping us. She should not be in this type of industry. We are Titanium Elite Members. We had a four night stay and decided to check out the next morning because it was already late at night. We will not be back!! EVER!!!

My wife and I recently spent one night here, while attending an event at the Convention Center. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Convention Center and a very easy walk to all the eateries and activities that uptown Charlotte has to offer.
Check in was quick and efficient. Based on our status with Marriott, we were upgraded to an executive suite.
The room was really nice. Plenty of room for relaxing, resting and working. Everything was in working order and well decorated.
We spent a little time in the lobby bar to watch a little college football. Pretty nice bar with various seating options and enough TV’s to watch multiple games.
Service in the bar was a little slow. There was one bartender and one server working the entire seating area of the bar. The drink selection was good with a mix of national brands and local craft offerings.
Food in the bar was good. I highly recommend the Pork Mac & Cheese. It was very creamy and had a generous portion of pulled pork infused into it. I would pass on the brisket panini. Extremely greasy and 80% fat.
Overall a great stay, especially for any activities you have at the Convention Center or the surrounding uptown area.
