Anna Marie is a rock star

We had a really great stay. I'm tempted to only give the hotel four stars because of the resort fee, which was useless to me as a platinum Marriott member. The only thing I used supposedly covered by the resort fee was the wifi, and I get that for free as a platinum anyway. These fees need to go away. Outside of that it was a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was on hand, we walked to restaurants, watched football at the outdoor bar and just hung out. A nice break.
Westin beds are the best, and the amenities in the room were wonderful, but I want to talk about someone who went above and beyond, Anna Marie of the front desk. We had a big problem with our reservation that the elite line at Marriott couldn't seem to comprehend. I called the hotel and Anna Marie cut through the Gordian knot and fixed everything, then made sure we had a really nice room too. Her customer service and personality were a great help to making this a very pleasant stay.

I spent 4 days at a business conference- after long days, the spectacular bartenders, Kristen and Cat were the perfect end to all evenings. They really made the trip! Best customer service! The food was spectacular as well!
