Solid 4 star hotel

Let me start by any hotel that has a Peloton bike in the gym gets a big thumbs up from me. I am not sure why more hotels don't have these. The problem with theirs was that the seat post was worn out and so the seat wouldn't stay up. Hint: a lot of people are using it! Beyond that the gym was good as most Westins are. The hotel was solid but not over the top. I will say valet and check-in staff were friendly and efficient - typical southern hospitality. There are several restaurants/bars in the immediate block and TopGolf is a short walk - maybe 2 blocks. I heard they had an airport shuttle though we didn't take it. The hotel was only 10 minutes from airport though at midnight, when we arrived, was a bit of a sketchy drive I must say as you drive through a pretty run down industrial area between the airport and the hotel. Housekeeping cleaned the room even though we made the green choice but whatever. Not a big deal. Housekeeping was friendly. All in all it was a great stay.

I was traveling for business and landed at 8 am. Michela Carter greeted me and it couldn’t have been a better experience. She told me my room wasn’t quite ready but that was expected at 8 am. I told her I didn’t need the specific room they were preparing for me and she found me one immediately. She saw everything on my account and wished me a happy birthday. She offered me a breakfast voucher and drink voucher. She was extremely pleasant and seemed to check every box after reviewing my profile. She truly gets customer service and when people are traveling, the perks and pleasantries are a nice welcome in my opinion. Great job Michela.
