Good hotel and friendly staff at the door, reception, cleaning and Spa.
The hotel is walking distance from Stanley park and gas town. Ideal place to start exploring the neighborhoods by foot or with the free bike (2hr).
The room I had was nice with a view over the harbor and a small balcony.
I had a massage at the Spa which was really good.
The only negative I can mention is the Bar & Breakfast. The staff & quality wasn’t that great for the price I had to pay. Eg for Breakfast I had to wait 5 minutes as there was no one to assign me a table. At the bar there was no explanation on which whiskeys they had.
Therefore for breakfast I would recommend to go to 6 degrees just across the street. And for the bar, it is ok to have a beer, but don’t expect too much.

We stayed at the hotel the week of October 28th. The room was very comfortable and the harbor view was excellent. Because of the proximity to Stanley Park, Canada Place, etc, we were able to enjoy many aspects of Vancouver with very little travel time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
