I really don't have anything to complain about this resort. it really is nice. The staff is friendly, the resort is clean, the food is good, with access to a small market, deli, and restaurant. the only drawback is that this resort is gigantic. So big that you need shuttles to get around the resort. Including to and from your room to the front and main entrance of the resort. Which can become quite cumbersome at times when you're really needing to get going to places. But if you have a car, this is not an issue. I probably would have liked to have known that this resort is so big requiring shuttles before I booked the reservation. Needless to say I am not disappointed. This is a very well-managed resort. Kudos to all the staff, including housekeeping who did a wonderful job, the shuttle driver's who were always courteous, and to all the other staff working throughout the entire resort. If I had to stay in Orlando again, which I hope I don't, I would no doubt stay at the Westgate Lakes Resort again.

My wife chose this hotel before she died so I had to go there in her memory. Oh I am glad I did. The hotel is fantastic and the room is out of this world. The hotel staff bend over backwards to help me with my non hotel related problems and made my holiday experience run smooth. If you need a hotel away from the mania of international drive but brilliant for travelling to the parks this is the place
