Mother, Daughter 21st birthday celebration

The staff were very welcoming and as I had booked direct, we were upgraded to a suite but, the room was still extremely small and the air con was inefficient so the room was very hot. I can’t imagine how bad this would be in Summer.
The bed was only a double so, while the mattress and pillows were comfortable, it was way too small for two people in today’s terms. I accept this in a Premier Inn when I’m paying £29 a night but I don’t expect it in a £200 a night room. I requested that the sofa bed was made up for the second night so that we could get a decent sleep and this was done but the kitchen / sitting room space was then naturally compromised.
The shower room was tiny but adequate and there was a good supply of towelling robes and towels.
If the beds were king size, I would book again as a couple but, I would not pay this price for a small double.

Lovely and quiet

We stayed 5 nights in a studio apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with a great bathroom - fabulous shower and a make up/shaving mirror! The kitchenette was small but great to have breakfast in our room and the Nespresso machine a plus. The hotel was very quiet and in a great location being a few minutes walk to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by also. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
