Upon arriving the young lady in charge was very helpful. We arrived early so while we were out she brought our bags up Upon returning late afternoon we we told we missed the wine and cheese she then offered some wine and I was starving asked if she could give us a bite of cheese as well. We had to carry everything up ourselves along with our pocketbook and small overnight bags three flights up. Upon entering room the tv in the bedroom area was all static. The fireplace didn’t work asked about it and was told the igniter was out. The next morning they served brown scrambled eggs no hot cereal and the potatoes came out thirty minutes later undercooked and extremely peppery. About twenty minutes later five hard boiled eggs. The fruit which was diced very tiny was basically watermelon. No pastry no bagels no oatmeal etc. we had just come from green gables which had an absolutely fabulous breakfast. French toast soufflé pastries bagels hot cereal etc. so this was a big let down for us. No one was available to bring our bags down three flights we had a very difficult time as we are two older adults. Would not stay there again

This beautiful b and b has an ocean view and easy access to beach, pier and town. Tall ceilings, porches with welcoming chairs, tasteful decor, well furnished and equipped rooms. Cooked breakfast is delicious. Wine and cheese offered in the evening. Friendly helpful staff.
