The Wellesley, located in Knightsbridge, is an upscale hotel that was formerly the townhouse of Sir Arthur Wellesley, the first Duke of Wellington. Gloriously appointed guest rooms and suites range from Deluxe Queen, Deluxe King and Executive Room, Junior Suites and one- and two-bedroom suites. Amenities include Hermes bath products, 52-inch flat-screen TVs, 24-hour Butler service, free Wi-Fi, and even a courtesy Rolls-Royce for drop-off service. Bathrooms are the epitome of elegance, with black and white marble and shimmering glass. Most rooms only provide showers, however, which makes traveling with little ones a bit difficult. Families can enjoy afternoon tea and dining in the Oval Restaurant, Italian restaurant.

Thank you Pasquale and team for looking after us so well yet again, perfect hosts with quality food and drink and arrangement of transport. We recommend this hotel so highly it's the only one we visit when out in London. See you soon

Was here at this delightful establishment last Saturday evening for dinner with my wife Corinne. Our first visit and as we frequently dine out in great London places we were intrigued to come here and try it out.
Firstly we hit killer traffic and were 15 mins late, but we called ahead to say this and the receptionist was polite and courteous.
It was tipping down with rain and with our taxi pulling up outside it was a welcome sight to see a smiling gentleman with an umbrella already there to ferry us to the door.
We then entered and oh my goodness a stunning foyer area and very attentive staff members showed us to the resataurant reception straight ahead which was a lovely touch.
We were shown to our table and felt immediately at ease, we have reviewed many luxury places before for magazines and online but this place was very good for a calming atmosphere only minutes from being outside in the hellish traffic and rain, a sanctuary.
The dining area was very intimate due to its size but this was a good thing as it felt very exclusive and the decor en pointe.
Fabulous, attentive waiting staff made our delicious courses arrive and feel at ease throughout. A really lovely experience and nothing was too much bother.
The food was simply superb cannot find fault, not that we were looking, with any of the courses.
Instantly now my wife's favourite place, booked again in a few weeks time to coincide with another of my wif'e loves- Jazz.
In the Jazz lounge next to the dining room our drinks were taken into this lovely again, intimate room. My wife sat there and listened to Sara sing with excellent musical accompaniment just glued and in heaven.
So sat there until 11.30 and was time to leave, and even had our taxi hailed for us and this rounded off a fabulous smooth, no hassle, fine dining experience.
So for my wife and I this was just a perfect place, suited us down to the ground and felt very at home, certainly now this is also my favourite place!
Hence booked again!
