With a quiet location away from the center of town, The Wayside Inn sits directly across the street from Tolovana Beach State Park. It’s extremely kid-friendly AND pet-friendly, so the whole family is welcome.

The Wayside is an affordable alternative to some of the bigger resorts in Cannon Beach. Their multi-room suites can be half the price of similar accommodations elsewhere. Amenities include microwaves, refrigerators, fireplaces, free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, and decks with ocean views. The playground at the state park across the street is a big hit with the kids.

Always a great stay

Love The Wayside Inn at the beach...it is away from all the people in town, has a view of and is a short walk to the ocean, rooms are great...is always clean and the staff is exceptional. Dogs are welcome and they even have a wash off space to get the sand off and towels for the pups.

Solid Value

Another very nice stay at the Wayside. While it's a little more than a mile from town, is offset by being good little value. Always clean, comfy beds and helpful, pleasant staff. Stayed there 1/2 dozen times and will next time.
