We received a gift certificate that we won. (Over $300 to win) at a fundraiser. When I called very helpful and told us that we would be staying in waters edge. Then was called us two days before our visit and was told that they cancelled us because they didn’t receive my gift certificate in the mail. Good thing I made a copy. They changed our room because they booked original room(because a wedding came in last minute). Put us in panoramic room beautiful view but that was it. The lady at front desk Deborah was not nice on the phone or in person. She had major attitude and needed to adjust it. Manager was a little nicer. When we went to room really run down. Bed had hair in it and found hair in shower Really gross. We travel often. Have to say this is one of the worst places I ever stayed at and would never call it a resort more think motel. I will never recommend this place to any of my clients, friends or family.

I will start with the only positive. The ocean is beautiful. Besides that. This is no resort. This is no hotel. I wouldn’t even consider it a motel. The front desk woman is horrible. I’ve never been treated like this. The room was dated, uncomfortable and just dirty. The bathroom was especially gross. The beds beyond uncomfortable. We were in room 116. Stay away. We had issues and they were resolved but, after feeling bullied. Very defensive. As I walked in to drop keys off.. I actually heard the front desk saying “ here’s your friend” mocking me. We travel as you can tell from my top reviewer badge. This had to be the worse experience. Again.. the beach is beautiful but. They don’t need our business. They can’t if they treated me that way.
