This intimate inn features three private villas along with its traditional bed and breakfast inn overlooking the Folly River. The inn itself is not configured for families with children, and those looking for accommodations will need to book one of the villas. The villas are 1,700 square feet and provide three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, living rooms, and screen porches. The villas’ main bedroom is a king, with a second bedroom providing a queen bed, and a third bedroom providing two twin beds. As such, the villas can sleep six people.
Guests of the villas receive complimentary Wi-Fi and bottled water, and are welcome to visit the inn for complimentary daily breakfast and happy hour. The inn also provides free golf cart shuttle service to the beach and local restaurants. Water’s Edge is a sister property to the Regatta Inn.
