The entire stay was wonderful. Pool area was quiet with a fantastic view, breakfast buffet was great - hot choices as well as cold, and staff were attentive. Requested a crib when booking the room, the crib was waiting for us upon arrival. The room was modern and clean. The view from the 5th floor was stunning. Only downfall being that the rooms are smallish with no balcony options. Location couldn’t be beat though. The waterfront trail is at the hotel, Spencer smith park a 5 minute walk. Parking is $5 per day. Check your ticket because ours expired at 2pm the day we checked out, it was just lucky we were leaving at that time after a walk because we would have been dinged with a ticket as the person was checking cars as we were getting to the car (we assumed the parking was for the whole day). Awesome stay overall, would definitely recommend!

I got a corner room for $199 (too expensive!) with a small corner window towards the park view with no Jacuzzi.
It took 40 mins to finally check me in! No parking lot available for several minutes!
Fridge empty. No drinking water, but the tab water! Glasses plastic.
Asked the room service lady in person for two glasses, she said, "sorry, it's my lunchtime!", not even to offer asking from another colleague!
The bath tub was horrible as the drain was almost 90% clog! It was really disgusting!
So we decided to leave the hotel after 5 hours going to another hotel! :(
Money, was absolutely wasted!
