Unexpected and Worse Stay Ever

Poor maintainance, water in corridore and I was about to fall because of that. AC in the room was always cold, not good quality and not at all value for money.
Hotel intercom was not working and my mobile phone was dead after check-in. Room was far from people in a desert area and I was stuck for 10 minutes as room intercom was not working. Additionally, there was water in the coridore outside the room and very unsafe scenario for guests with no one nociting/working on it from the staff

So perfect and comfortable

Definitely the best hotel in our stay in India. All the facilities were great, and the staff was extrmely helpful specially Mr Ajay Sharma went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable.
Sea view villa was so perfect that we did not even go out of the hotel for 3 days.
Kids enjoyed the kids room and rock pool so much.
