Reachable only by seaplane, the Vilamendhoo Island Resort and Spa is a tropical paradise just waiting to be explored. Guests can choose from Garden Rooms, Beach Villas and Over The Water Villas. No matter which accommodation families choose, kids eat and stay for free! Every room at the Vilamendhoo Resort accommodates three adults and features a private porch, flat screen television, DVD player, Bluetooth speakers, minibar, rain shower and tropical décor. The room price includes meals, and four onsite restaurants serve both traditional Asian meals and international cuisine. Families can snorkel, dive, play mini golf, sing karaoke or learn to windsurf at the resort.

Marvellous sea with marvellous fisheses

The resort is really beautiful, new modern, with plenty of facilities. But what is the most important is that the reef is all around the island and extremely easy to access. Marine life is so rich, colorful fishes everywhere, turtles and black tipped sharks which are not dangerous. The coral reef should be protected more as unfortunately there are snorkelers who put their fins on it, so there should be some vigilance. The entire ecosystem is fragile and many corals have lost their wonderful colours meaning that they are dying because of higher sea temperatures caused by too much carbon in the sea absorbedafrom atmosphere. Corals can still re-grow if less emissions in the atmosphere...

Almost perfect

The water villa was perfect. Everything was clean and beautiful.
It was also beautiful in the beach villa. Only the cockroaches in the bathroom and in front of the beach villa disturbed us a lot.
The service was awesome and friendly.
The quality of the food was also very good.
Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.
