Great Value,quiet location and views. We stayed here for 3 nights and this is the best place to stay in the area as far as I am concerned. Other hotels in the area just seemed to be much higher priced and this Family run hotel was perfect for us. Does not include breakfast but Randall's in 2 minutes away and much better than any hotel breakfast. My wife was a little disconcerted by the fact that reservations were made by phone without an email confirmation but the woman I spoke with to make the reservation was very nice,and I did not ask for a confirmation email. Closet was much larger than many places and we could have stayed for a week or more.
Our new place to stay in Cottonwood/Sedona area!

This is my go to place when visiting my sister in Cottonwood. Centrally located in town, set back from the road and above the street so it’s quiet, Rooms are spotless, staff are wonderful and prices are good! It’s an older motel but it’s very well maintained and has a pool and hot tub. A handicap room is available if you need. Great views of the red cliffs in Sedona for spectacular sunsets! Family owned and operated. Every thing is on ground level. You won’t be sorry you stayed here!
