We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time at the Veranda Pointe aux Biches. The hotel and it's little beach are charming, the staff is extremely warm and caring, the food was excellent.
A special thank you to Josie for her smile and great service at the restaurant. And thank you to Mélanie at the Spa for a great massage and lovely time overall.
Having stayed at bigger hotels as well, we can only recommend the Veranda because guests are really made to feel special and even when the hotel is full it didn't feel busy and there were always free spots on the beach or the restaurant. The barefoot bliss concept is really wonderful and allows you to truly disconnect!

A nice hotel with a beach set in a man made cove which means you can swim, snorkel or canoe without the currents of the sea. Always plenty of sunbeds on the beach or around the pool. If you are looking to book any trips please see Bradley on the beach, much better and cheaper than the reps! We stayed in the normal part of the hotel not Sandy Lane although we had a look around there and i don't think it's worth paying the extra to be there. The rooms are comfortable with an excellent shower, probably the best one i've ever had. Very clean, with a mini bar and water every day. The reception and beach staff are lovely and very helpful. But i'm sad to say the Bar staff are not very engaging unless you speak French, hopefully they will improve once noted. We were all inclusive but although breakfast was ok the rest of the food was very limited in choice and not the standard i would of expected from this type of hotel, so we ate out for most of our holiday. Overall a nice clean hotel in an ideal position to visit the rest of the island.
