A boutique beachfront property overlooking the energetic Venice Beach, the Venice Beach Suites & Hotel was first opened in 1912. The property has recently been restored and renovated, adding a new rooftop deck in 2015. From here, guests can watch the action below before retiring to their rooms. The smallest rooms are queen studios, with only a queen bed and small eating space. These rooms do not have views and are located on the ground floor. Ocean front studio suites, however, have views of the ocean and living areas with a sleeper sofa to accommodate more guests. Only 24 rooms are available at the hotel, and all feature exposed brick walls and hardwood floors, as well as flat-screen TVs, kitchenettes with refrigerators, microwaves and stovetops, and free Wi-Fi. Coin-operated laundry services are available. The hotel provides free boogie boards, surf boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and sports equipment to enjoy the adjacent beach. There is no onsite dining at this hotel.
