Very safe, warm and welcoming place with gorgeous marina restaurant

As soon as I arrived, a beautiful and kind woman walked over and brought a mojito looking drink and said welcome. I later found out that Sonia was the manager. Sonia was always so kind and assisted with all needs.

As a female traveler, I emphasize that I felt VERY safe here

Ubaldo, the bell person was upbeat, polite, and assisted with all needs

All of the employees, Delicia in the restaurant and Marial who lead the bike tour were as kind as could be

This resort is warm and cozy and feels like home

The restartaunt overlooking the marina is gorgeous where one can view massive yachts floating by

I considered the buffet to be excellent and my room was very clean. The pools both on the beach and marina side were very clean. I disagree with commenters who said otherwise.

There are professional, Broadway caliber shows that take place on the property

Vamar is an upbeat and happy place with a lot of families, children, and music

I plan to return as it feels like a second home
