The name “Value Place” probably makes you think of a cheap motel with coffee stains on the carpet and dirt-cheap prices. Fear not: that doesn’t describe this hotel at all. The property describes itself as a “hybrid” of a hotel and apartment complex, with nightly, weekly, and long-term rates. Every room is clean and comfortable, and includes a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and stovetop. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. Also available onsite are laundry facilities and vending machines; restaurants and local attractions can be found nearby. Most guests report that you won’t find a friendlier or more helpful staff than the team at this hotel!

The staff was friendly and helpful to answer all my questions. Housekeeping is very thorough and keeps the entire hotel very clean. The location has easy access to the highway. This is a great place to stay and a great value.

At first I thought this would be a nice place to stay due to the front desk staff, Kristy and the ONLY housekeeper of a 120 room hotel. Then slowly I began to see why there is a HIGH turn over rate here. More than the average hotel. Let's forget the fact that there was a massive window breaking spree of 15 cars recently, mine being one of them, and the rude GM Charity, but what really is the worst is that there is no "hotel protocol" for handling such things. This was told to me by a corporate officer named Leslie.
I understand such things happen but to NOT reach out in ANY capacity to lessen the financial as well as personal blow this had on FIFTEEN of your guest is inexcusable. Not only did most of us pay in full for the month but we are told that we can not get a refund for the remaining days to go to a SAFER hotel.
Charity , the GM , has no compassion for her guests let alone her own staff. She showed no interest in what could have been her moment to step up and help her guests though a hardship but rather chose to onform me," you do have other options to stay at." Nice! I'd have to say Shame on you Wood Springs Shame on you Charity
