We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo on the 6th floor facing the highway. The sound of the cars going by wasn't great, but the view was beautiful. The hotel is across the street from a shuttle stop which was perfect for us for going to the hospital everyday.
Loved having a kitchen so we didn't have to go down to the same breakfast every morning. I was so pleased with the large laundry machines with complimentary detergent. Great touch!
Netflix and XM radio on the TV were other plusses. We were there for 10 days, so the attention to details really helped. Although, I would have appreciated better lighting on the nightstand for bedside reading.
One thing that would have been made our stay even better is if there had been air conditioning in the units rather than only in the hallways!
The staff were all so nice and very helpful. We were able to borrow a wheelchair and they even had a shower chair that we could keep in the spa shower for our stay. We were very fortunate to stay at Mountain Haus after surgery at Vail Health.
