Found bedbugs...in room 201...not just one but several! Like we killed around 7 or 8 in less than a minute. Spoke to George at Front desk and he came to the room to inspect and he accused my family of bringing them to the room. He refused to refund our money and said he only saw one bedbug. Like one bedbug is not enough! Ewww...he also refused to contact the manager since he was already asleep. We notified the lady next door to check her bed and he threatened to call the cops and have us arrested for disturbing the peace. By the way...this sweet lady confirmed that room was already shut down several times within the last month and Orkin worked to remove the bedbugs...obviously they were unsuccessful many times! George came to the window of the car while we were sitting in the parking lot searching for another hotel and yelled at us stating we need to "leave and take care of our kids."

I "checked in" to room 106 at around 1 this afternoon. I didnt even go into the room upon checking in, but immediately left and went to JSU for a band competition. I returned around 11:15pm. I was in the room for 10 minutes and saw 5 roaches. . . One of them was on the bed!!!! I went straight to the office to demand a refund. The night attendant refused. He wanted to go see the bugs - during the 30 SECONDS he was in the room, of course the only one he actually saw was the one I killed before grabbing my stuff and practically RUNNING out of the room! At that point, he told me that I could have moved that one dead bug around and tried to make it look like there was multiple ones! REALLY?!?!? He said it was too late to call the owner because he was sleeping. I threw my stuff in my car and left anyway. I stopped by the store that is just across the parking lot and asked about the hotel/owner. He said that he hears bad things about the place ALL the time! AVOID AVOID AVOID
