Where do I start????
On arrival we waited almost 2h with an 8 month baby to get a room, I mean it’s not like we got there before lunch time, then when we finally got a room that was pre booked on transfer from another resort the door handle broke on opening the balcony sliding door first impressions are everything.
The staff knowingly knew we had a small baby but gave us the 2nd floor room far away from reception area, what a pleasure it was to carry the Pram up and down the stairs especially after walking the baby around to put to sleep absolute JOKE.
Our room card stopped working and let me tell you what a joy it was walking all the way to the reception to get the room card reset.
The beach has to many locals walking up and down it does not feel safe, “even tho it might be” but I felt like I had to keep one eye open to ensure my belongings were not taken.
To top it off I think the staff have golden sticks up there asses as no one makes you feel welcome maybe because they have this nonsense 5 star rating for what I have no clue, someone was clearly high when that was given to this place.
I could go on with a few smaller details but just writing this is starting to piss me off, so I’ll just leave one more comment in mind..........
